Why not take some pictures of what you require clearing and email them to us with some details, plus a postcode and contact number. We can then give an estimate quote and discuss finalising the price with a site visit at your convenience.
At Clear The Lot we will agree a fixed quote before any works start, which means our customers have peace of mind and no nasty surprises. The best way to start this process is to submit an enquiry or make a call today (we never share your contact details, so rest assured you are not signing up to any further services). Once you’ve made contact with some details about works required, why not send us some pictures.
We can then discuss estimated costs, arrange a site visit at your convenience and arrange a free quotation to firm the price up. Whether you need to clear a garden, home, shed, garage, office or other dwelling, we find out exactly what your requirements are and will tailor the quote based on your location, access and weight.
See below for a guide to our pricing schedule:

We always look to try and give a true estimate guide to potential costs and are not in the game of quoting cheap on the phone or via email, only to massively increase the quote once on site with a full crew which can be intimidating for the customer. That is why we ask for as much detail as possible, such as photos, address, access etc and then give a guideline value, which will be firmed up on a site visit at your convenience. There is no pressure sell, as we want our customers to feel in control of what service they require and price they will be paying.
*Extra costs / Supplements
Not all goods are included in prices above and some items incur additional costs at recycling centres, so that they are disposed / recycled safely and in line with environment agency guide lines. Please see below some examples of possible additional costs to the above. If we are taking fridges or gas cookers away it may be necessary to employ a Gas Safe registered engineer, which will incur additional costs. Email, submit enquiry or call us today on 0203 323 0017 for further details.

Fly Tipping could land you with a £400.00 bill !!
Don’t take the risk, by going for the cheap option……..
House, garden and waste clearance companies that you’re thinking of using, are they registered and legal to carry YOUR waste? This responsibility lies with you, the original items owner!
Always check and ask to see their waste carriers license certificate before you agree a price and they take your waste away, as the household owner you are responsible and can be taken to court and fined (as well as the contractor).
If the price sounds cheap, then probably you could become a victim of your waste being fly tipped by an unlicensed contractor.
It’s already illegal to allow an unauthorised person to remove domestic waste, always check the Environment Agency online register to learn whether the person taking away your household rubbish is registered to do so. Clearthelot.com is a trading name and is owned by Brookrose Ltd (Waste Carrier ref CBDU41883) .
